The Story
Using Nelly Dragon as the central character, this picture book for the very young covers the months of the year and the names of fauna and activities that coincide with each month.

Comments
The world is entirely populated with dragons who own dogs as pets. The dragons are green, with froggy heads, webbed hands, short lizard tails which, like their backs, have spikes. On top of their heads, two little ear (horn?) pertrude. They are fully attired. Nelly is the little girl figure and there is no special dragon characteristic attributed to these creatures except for the spikes down their backs.
